Daniel Kreith is the principal solicitor of the practice. Every enquiry is handled personally, by me, in strict confidence, from first contact through to resolution.
Sexual Offence Solicitors is my specialist service for sexual offence defence. I also act in other criminal matters, family law and medical negligence through my main practice, Daniel Kreith Solicitor.
Background and qualifications
I hold a BCL (Law) degree from the National University of Ireland, Galway, and completed my professional training with the Law Society of Ireland at Blackhall Place, Dublin. I was admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in Ireland in 2020. In 2023 I established my own practice. Over my career I have worked across criminal law, defamation, family law, medical negligence and personal injury, giving me a broad grounding in how the courts and An Garda Síochána operate in practice.

My practice today is focused on defending sexual offence allegations throughout Ireland, including rape and sexual assault defence and responding to historical sexual abuse allegations. I also defend child sexual offence allegations and provide garda station representation, and each of these areas is explained in detail on its own page.
